Soccer for toddlers has always been a major part in grassroots and recreational soccer for all the top clubs internationally. Tots’ soccer is the foundation of every program. This is where the kids learn how to have fun while connecting with the game and learning the basics skills.
Toddler soccer is designed for kids ages of two through four years old where the focus is to develop motor skills along with social interaction and interpersonal skills. This is an environment where kids with similar ages and level have a chance to be presented with fundamental ball skills. This introduction exposes the participants to situations where they must adapt psychologically, physically and emotionally in due course. As many soccer or football fans may not notice, it’s never too early to start. Once the child can walk, talk, listen and be redirected he should be able to an appropriate sport of parents’ choice of interest.
At the age of two any kids exposed to sport will grow to develop and adapt to the environment of course with a proper linguistic approach to match the duration of sessions, which should not be any longer than 45 minutes to an hour max. The sessions should always include and finish with fun games and plenty of breaks.
